Applications are currently being accepted for the Facilities Manager position at the Butler County Courthouse.

A successful candidate will be expected to maintain four assigned County buildings and grounds; coordinate custodial staff, manage vendors, work with contractors, maintain a preventative maintenance program, and other duties as determined necessary to improve and maintain County buildings and grounds.  Qualified candidates must possess a high school diploma, computer skills, and two (2) years of job-related experience or vocational schooling beyond high school is preferred, but not required.  Candidate must also possess a valid Iowa Driver’s License and the ability to pass a criminal background check. Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered. This is a 40-hour-per-week position and additional hours may be required.
