Notice of Intent- Butler Maintenance Building

NOTICE OF INTENT
 
Butler County, Iowa intends to enter into a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) contract for construction of three new free-standing maintenance buildings on three separate parcels of property in Butler County.
 
Butler County will publish a request for qualifications (RFQ) for Construction Manager at-Risk (CMaR) services for the project on September 19, 2025.
