About Public Health

Butler County Public Health was established in 1977.

Public Health Nurses believe individuals and families have the right to make informed decisions regarding their health care and independence.

Public Health Nurses maintain, promote, and restore health through caring and working with other health professionals.

Public Health Nurses live and work in your county.

Public Health Nurses help preserve the wellbeing of individuals and communities while serving people of all ages and socioeconomic statuses.
