These meetings are open to the public to explain what the EMS Essential Services Levy is, and how it will impact the citizens of Butler County. The public will have the opportunity to ask questions about the levy question on the upcoming November 5th Election ballot.
Four Townhall meetings will be scheduled throughout Butler County. Anyone can attend any of the meetings. We hope that one of these will fit into your schedule so that you can learn more about Butler County EMS and what we are doing for the Butler County citizens and the Volunteer EMS Services of Butler County.
Butler County [582 square miles] was named in honor of General William Orlando Butler (1791-1880), a Kentucky statesman, officer in the Mexican War, and unsuccessful Democratic candidate for Vice President in 1848.
