NOTICE
The Butler County Engineer’s Office is notifying the public that Dust Control Permit applications should be submitted by May 1, to be considered for the first application. Spring road conditions determine the timing of the first application date.
Dust control areas should be marked with flags on all sides throughout the dust control period to prevent disruption of the dust control material. Flags are available at the courthouse in the Engineer’s office.
